Custom Content Responsibility You are solely responsible for all artwork, logos, text, QR codes, images, files, and other content uploaded, generated, or submitted through PRNTD. By using the platform, you confirm that: * You own the rights to all submitted content or have permission to use it. * Your content does not violate copyrights, trademarks, intellectual property rights, or applicable laws. * Your content does not contain illegal, hateful, explicit, abusive, defamatory, or prohibited material. PRNTD reserves the right to reject, cancel, remove, suspend, or refuse any content, account, or order at its sole discretion. ## 3. Orders & Production Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before checkout, including: * spelling * artwork placement * sizing * colors * quantities * uploaded files PRNTD prints products based on customer-submitted designs. Minor color variation, alignment tolerances, material differences, or production variations may occur. Production times and shipping estimates are not guaranteed. ## 4. Payments Payments are securely processed through Stripe. PRNTD does not store full payment card information on its servers. Prices, shipping costs, subscriptions, products, services, and platform features may change at any time without notice. ## 5. Subscriptions & Credits Subscription services, AI generation tools, QR systems, and credit-based features may include: * monthly limits * usage restrictions * expiration periods * fair use protections Abuse, fraud, automated exploitation, chargebacks, or attempts to manipulate the platform may result in account suspension or termination. Credits, subscriptions, and digital services may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. ## 6. Refunds & Cancellations Due to the personalized and custom nature of printed products, orders are generally non-refundable once production has started. Refunds, replacements, or store credits may be issued at PRNTD’s discretion for: * damaged products * defective products * incorrect orders caused by production error Customers are responsible for verifying all design files and order information before checkout. ## 7. Shipping Shipping timelines are estimates only. PRNTD is not responsible for: * courier delays * customs delays * lost packages caused by incorrect customer addresses * carrier-related issues outside our control Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance where permitted by law. ## 8. Intellectual Property The PRNTD platform, branding, software, systems, workflows, designs, and technology remain the intellectual property of PRNTD unless otherwise stated. Users retain ownership of original content they upload, but grant PRNTD a limited license to process, reproduce, display, and manufacture products necessary to fulfill orders and operate the platform. ## 9. Limitation of Liability PRNTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from: * use of the platform * downtime * order delays * third-party services * shipping issues * print inaccuracies * user-submitted content * loss of business or revenue Use of the platform is at your own risk. ## 10. Account Termination PRNTD reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or services for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, abuse, or misuse of the platform. ## 11. # Refund Policy Last updated: May 2026 ## 1. Custom Printed Products Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of PRNTD products, all sales are generally final once production has begun. Customers are responsible for reviewing: * artwork * spelling * sizing * colors * quantities * shipping information * placement and customization details before submitting an order. ## 2. Eligible Refund Situations PRNTD may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit if: * the wrong item was produced * the product arrives damaged * the product contains a verified manufacturing defect * the order significantly differs from the approved design due to production error Claims may require: * photos of the product * packaging photos * order information * additional verification ## 3. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds will generally NOT be issued for: * customer spelling mistakes * incorrect uploaded artwork * low-resolution images supplied by the customer * customer-approved design issues * color variation within normal print tolerances * incorrect sizing selected by the customer * shipping delays outside PRNTD’s control * orders already in production * custom or personalized items * subscription fees or consumed digital credits unless required by law ## 4. Cancellation Requests Orders may only be cancelled before production begins.
