About the material and finish
What is black core cardstock?
Black-core cardstock has a dark inner layer, creating a dark edge when the sheet is cut.
How does the matte finish look?
Matte reduces surface shine and gives printed artwork a more subdued appearance.
What projects is it suited for?
This Letter-size 300 GSM cardstock can suit trading-card-style projects, game components, art cards, printed inserts, stationery, and other creative print projects.
Is it printed on both sides?
Yes. This black-core option is printed on both sides.
Why can the finish look different in photos?
Surface sheen can appear different under direct light, diffuse light, and on different screens.
What should I know about printing and cutting?
Heavy cardstock and specialty finishes may need compatible media settings and suitable blade pressure. Check your equipment's supported thickness and test a sheet before producing a full batch.
